Born in a small Eastern European city in Poland, Amy Stack was the youngest child of a tight-knit Ukrainian family. When she was just a young girl her family relocated to Toronto, Canada. Along with her siblings and parents, Amy grew up passionate about sports, including sailing, hockey, basketball and rugby . From an early age, friends and neighbors encouraged her to become a model, but Amy felt more attracted to painting and visual arts and only began modeling in earnest as a way to pay for school. Amy is most comfortable sailing around the world or backpacking through a Peruvian jungle but has successfully parlayed her looks to become a successful model. 

Caring for Animals

Amy supports the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals which was the first humane society to be established in North America and is, today, one of the largest in the world. The organization was founded on the belief that animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatment at the hands of humans and must be protected under the law. The ASPCA’s mission, as stated by founder Henry Bergh in 1866, is “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.”
